Automatic sign-out

Two-factor authentication

Optional but recommended. Adds a second step when you log in, so your family’s videos stay safe even if someone gets your password.

Passkeys

Sign in with your face, fingerprint, or device PIN — no password to type or steal. A passkey also counts as your second factor.

Using a password manager (like 1Password)? It may offer to store the passkey — that works great and syncs across your devices. Prefer your fingerprint or face instead? In its prompt, choose “Save in another way” (or similar) and pick this device.

Subscription

Premium — $9.99/month 3 videos a day, up to 10 minutes each Next billing: July 20, 2026

Active

Your 20% military discount is applied. Billing pauses automatically while you’re actively deployed.

Change plan

Cancelling switches you to the Starter plan (1 video a day, 5-minute cap). All your existing videos stay safe, and you can upgrade again any time.

Delete account

This permanently deletes your account, all your videos, and all your data. It cannot be undone. Your videos will remain accessible for 30 days after deletion so you can download them first.
